1. Information We Collect

When a speed test completes successfully, we store a limited technical record for internal analysis and aggregated UAE Internet Speed statistics:

• A randomly generated test ID and the test timestamp.
• Download speed, upload speed, ping, jitter and packet loss.
• Internet Service Provider (ISP/operator).
• Approximate city or emirate, when available.
• Connection type, when the browser makes it available.
• Selected test server, server location, test status and measurement version.

The Speed Index record does not store your raw IP address, name, email address, phone number, exact street address, account ID, cookie value or device identifier. Network information may be processed transiently to display connection details and derive an approximate ISP and location, but the raw IP address is not included in the stored speed-test record.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this information solely to:

• Display your speed test results to you.
• Analyze connection performance over weekly, monthly and yearly periods.
• Compile privacy-safe, aggregated UAE Speed Index and provider statistics.

3. Data Sharing

We do not publish individual speed-test records. Public pages and APIs show only aggregated statistics after the applicable minimum sample-size threshold has been met. We do not sell the stored Speed Index records or use them to identify individual users.

4. Cookies

We use minimal local storage to remember your language preferences and save your recent test history locally on your device.
