3. Accuracy of Results

While we strive for the highest accuracy, speed test results are influenced by many factors including network congestion, your device hardware, and your local network setup. Results are indicative and should not be used as the sole basis for legal or financial disputes with your ISP.

4. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice to the user. We shall not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise our right to modify or discontinue the service.
